On this tour, you will have the opportunity to visit one of the best-known ham factories in Spain. From Madrid, you will go on a comfortable bus and the first stop will be the ham warehouse. There, you will receive a masterclass on Iberian ham, which is exclusive to the peninsula, coming from the Iberian pig. The production of the ham itself, its curing time, its classification… are information that you will learn during a guided tour in the factory. Later, you will have the opportunity to taste this precious delicacy. You will try this exquisite ham and some Iberian preparations, accompanied by a wine from the Sierra of Salamanca.
From here you will move to Salamanca, a beautiful city with the oldest university in Spain. You will be able to visit monuments and buildings declared World Heritage Sites. On a guided tour, you will see highlights such as its different cathedrals, convents, churches and its iconic Plaza Mayor.
