Enjoy a Unique Experience in Guadalajara & Tlaquepaque

Meet the two most representative towns in the state of Jalisco. Enjoy the cuisine, culture, crafts, and architecture that only this tour can offer. We begin the panoramic tour visiting the roundabout of the Minerva, representative guardian of the city erected in the ’50s.

We continue to the arches of the old entrance to Guadalajara, which marked the beginning of the Guadalajara – Morelia road; these are 20-meter-high neoclassical arches where we can see the colors of the Jalisco state coat of arms.

We go to Chapultepec Avenue, a cultural corridor where we will be able to appreciate one of the most lively areas of Guadalajara, continuing our journey from old houses along Libertad Street, where you can travel towards the end of the 1800s and appreciate the architecture of Guadalajara’s prettiest time.

Our panoramic tour continues with the Temple of the Expiatory, a building of Gothic architecture in the city. See the Plazas Cross of the Historic Center of Guadalajara, and visit the Metropolitan Cathedral. Discover the murals of the Government Palace created by José Clemente Orozco.

We walk through Liberation Square and stop outside the Degollado Theater, home of the mariachi galas made in the city every September. We leave for Tlaquepaque. During our stay, we taste the flavors of the typical food at one of the restaurants located on Independencia which is a pedestrian street.

Finally, we visit a workshop of typical sweets located in an old house more than 150 years old, where we can observe the process of handmaking rompope, cajeta, chocolate, and other sweets.
