Walking Tour through the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona with Tapas and Flamenco Show

You will learn about the history of Barcelona's old town as your guide tells you how Emperor Augustus founded the city and the name he gave it. You will see the remains of its ancient walls as you walk through the narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter. You will also discover important historical figures such as Saint Roch and Wilfred the Hairy, and learn about the origins of the Catalan flag and how it came to have its current design.

To finish the tour, if you have booked the option, we will stop at a local bar to enjoy some traditional pintxos. Take the opportunity to chat with your guide and get recommendations for the rest of your stay in Barcelona.

If you have selected the flamenco option, you will then enjoy an authentic flamenco performance in a traditional flamenco theatre, the perfect way to end your experience.
