The meeting point is in front of the Westminster Abbey Shop at 12.15h. From there the guide will take you to the Parliament and give you the tickets. You will access and enjoy the Parliament by yourself.
Please note that the guide may arrive between 12.15h and 12.30h as he is coming from the guided visit to the Abbey
