- For clients disembarking at the Puerta Maya Pier and International Pier, head to the 7-Eleven next to the gas station across Puerta Maya Pier.
- For clients disembarking on Punta Langosta Pier, head to the Store "Mega".
- For clients disembarking on Fiscal Pier, head to the Monument Of Swallows.

It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time for the return boat. The provider will not be liable if the client loses it.
What to bring:
