About the tour
We will meet at the main entrance of the National Museum of Anthropology, one of Latin America's most important museums, and learn about the Mayan, Mexica, and Toltec cultures and how they influence and contribute to Mexican society. We'll look at the museum's numerous artifacts, including the Piedra del Sol and a replica of a Mayan tomb, and immerse ourselves in Mexico's pre-Columbian heritage.
To continue with the visit, we will go to the Bosque de Chapultepec, an extensive urban park in the center of Mexico City that contains the Chapultepec Castle, on top of a hill at 7,628 feet (2,325 m) above sea level. sea. You will be in one of the largest and most visited urban parks in America! We will enter the castle, which served as the Imperial Palace and Presidential Residence until 1940, and learn about the country's colonial and imperial history.
Walk through the many halls and rooms of the estate, admiring the plethora of sculptures and paintings of historical figures.
