With this tour, you can visit the official headquarters of the Spanish monarchy. Although today it is not the place of residence of kings, since they live in the `Palacio de la Zarzuela´, it is still used for receptions, ceremonies and official events. These secrets and many more are what our guide will teach you in this great building with more than 7 centuries of history and greatness.

The Royal Palace is also known as the `Palacio de Oriente´, due to its proximity to the `Plaza de Oriente´, which is located on the east (Oriental) side of the palace. Once you meet your guide and avoid the long lines in the golden corridors of the palace, you will see the grandiose official rooms, each room with its own elegant personality, and corners that will surprise you. Here you can learn another side of the building’s history, taking a look at the weapons, shields and armor in the Royal Armory. This is one of the most important ones in the world, which includes royal artifacts of great importance, including shields, swords, and entire parts of royal armor.

End the tour by appreciating the beautiful gardens of `Campo del Moro´, designed with romantic charm on the grounds to the west of the palace. Learn with your guide the history of the most important building for one of the most iconic monarchies in the world.
