Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure for check-in at Embarcadero Isla Mujeres by Xcaret (KM 4.5 Zona Hotelera Cancun).
To participate in the snorkeling activity, you must be at least 8 years old and in good physical condition. Pregnant women or people older than 60 years old cannot participate in the snorkel. In addition, for the safety of our clients, the snorkel activity may be canceled due to bad weather conditions. If this occurs, a refund will not be provided.
Please note that clients will be required to pay a dock fee of 20 USD per person upon arrival at the port.
