Quick Details
On this tour, you visit San Juan de Ulúa, one of the oldest fortresses in America, which is linked to some of the greatest events of the history of our country during the Colony, Independence, Reformation, and Revolution periods.
It also has played various roles throughout its 400 years of existence. First, it was used as a warehouse for grain, and then it was used as a fortress, prison, and as the presidential residence. Later, you visit the Port of Veracruz and Boca del Rio, with a panoramic city tour that shows you the sights, including the Maritime Customs House, the telegraph building, the railway station, the historic center, the Malecon, and the Baluarte de Santiago.
Besides Boca del Rio, with its hotel infrastructure that contrasts with its picturesque fishing village, there are beautiful places such as the Zocalo, the 17th-century church of Our Lady of Saint Anne, and the Municipal Palace.
Enjoy to the maximum the Naval Museum, with a minimalist and modern design that stands in the port, an enclosure that presents, in a playful and interactive way, the history of the Mexican Navy from its beginnings to contemporary times, here you can interact with pieces and naval officers.
The Tour will end with the Veracruz Aquarium, the largest and most important in Mexico and Latin America and Latin America where we will let you enjoy some free time.
